This was my first pressure washer. Very easy to use. Once I thought it had quit working. While plugged in, turned on but not in use; the machine made the noise of turning off. I went and turn the dial off and back on. Still no noise. I thought it was broken. But it was the safety feature. I never attempted to spray it and assumed it was not working.I love this pressure washer!!! I don’t feel the foam cannon cleans as well but I’m sure that’s operator error too!!!My patio of my condo was in dire need of a cleaning. This pressure washer did an amazing job. It looks like the concrete was just put down it is so clean. My only complaint is there should be two spots to wind the cords as there is one for the plug but not one for the hose which makes it a little hard to maneuver when you are putting it away.I really like how well and powerful it cleaned my travertine patio. My only complaint is that you can’t keep it running continuously. It works by holding it down and I had to keep stopping and changing hands due to exhaustion.Several things to like about this product. But first, I’ll mention the things that need improvement. The assembly instructions were lacking. It’s somewhat easy for me to figure things out but it would be better to have step by step instructions to make everything a bit easier form everyone. They did include a small screw driver but it was a bit short and hard to get a good grip on. The hose connection is a little low to the ground so when you use the telescoping handle, it tends to rub your hose and connection on the ground. Ok, on to the things I liked. The pressure was good but I’m not sure it was actually 3800 PSI. I didn’t have a way to measure it but it just didn’t feel like that was the actual pressure. I liked that when you released the trigger, the machine shut off. I’m sure the design was to save the Motor by keeping it from over heating. Very nice. It was light weight and easy to carry. I also like that it wasn’t too noisy like a gas powered machine is. I mentioned earlier that it has a telescoping handle for ease of mobility. Soap dispensing was easy as well. Just fill the bottle that’s included with your favorite soap but be sure not to turn on the machine or it will use up your soap in a hurry. Just use the trigger with machine off to dispense and it will help minimize the use of soap. (Had to learn that the hard way) All in all, I like the machine and what it can do. I cleaned the car, washed the porch, washed the windows, washed the porch chairs and the driveway so far. Lots more to try this machine out on. I recommend this product and will update when I get more use out of it.Update: 08/28/2021Ok, so after using the machine to wash cars, porch, patio furniture, driveway etc... The motor started to turn off and on every one or two seconds when I released the trigger. I shut the washer off for a little while thinking nit needed to cool down. But when I resumed washing, it worked for about 10 minutes or so before it started to do the same thing after releasing the trigger. so I decided to return it for an exchange before my return window ended. I received a replacement quickly and so far I haven't had any problems or issues with this replacement. It may have been an internal issue with the motor but I haven't seen any other reviews with this particular issue so I'm assuming it was a "one off". I still really like the performance of this Power Washer and continue to recommend it as a good purchase.I had been gifted a different so-called "pressure washer" from a relative that they bought at a big box retailer, and I was hoping to blast a light colored brick wall that had a lot of dirt that had accumulated over the years making it look dark and moldy. It seemed like it would do the job, but even though the water came out quickly, it wasn't nearly the pressure that was necessary to do the job.So I researched the all the electric pressure washers on Amazon, and this one really had the features I was looking for. Since it is an investment, I hoped that it would live up to the specs and reviews. It definitely did!There are different nozzles, but the one that has the most impact shoots water out in a focused beam and the machine adds the additional pressure. I was able to get rid of all the mold and the whole brick wall now looks like new.Now you don't want to use that focused beam nozzle and point it at your car because it is so powerful it will peel the paint off. That's why you need the different nozzles, and you can change them in about 2 seconds. So with the wider spray nozzles, you can do a variety of jobs and I remember there being a listing of what nozzle works for each purpose. But just use common sense - the wider the beam, the less pressure.I've had other lawn/garden tools that use electricity that just do an adequate job or are subpar, but this one is a professional unit that can perform as well as the gas pressure washers. You just hook it up to the water spigot, plug it in (for longer distances get a long extension cord), push the wand button and in a few seconds you have an excellent power washer. I'm looking forward to using it again this year when it warms up!Bought last fall so I could clean and stain my deck, pulled it out this spring and the water sprayed out of every crack, except the hose. Contacted customer service because it claims to have a 15 month warranty. They would not replace it and only offered to refund a portion of the purchase price so I could take it to be serviced. Absolute joke, would never give them my money againI like that it is powerful n does the job for backyard chores n powerful to clean siding on house.This was the 3rd pressure washer I ordered, assembled.....sent the first 2 back. As a 67 year old female with a house 10 years oder than me, and a huge wooded backyard,,,,this is perfect. Assembly easy (even for me !!). , it's maneuverable, lightweight and works GREAT. My gray unicolored flagstone is now light and multicolored, the green mold on the siding of my home is now gone,,,,,the deck 4 shades lighter. Love, love love my new toy !Been in tank for 2 weeks but Bette not using it.
