Warm tips for charging lithium batteries: Please connect the positive and negative poles of the DC power supply with the positive and negative poles of the battery correspondingly;When the charging current ≤ 50mA, please disconnect the battery in time to avoid overcharging;The charging limiting voltage follows the following calculation formula: Charging voltage = 1.2 * battery rated voltage. Charging current = 1/3 battery rated current. Please note: Due to the design of the power supply, the front panel is only suitable for output currents up to 5A. Good value for use in STEM projects, but Volt and Current accuracy is about +/- 2.5%. Also the encoder dial does not "ZER0" out. I want to be able to set dial at ZER0 before I turn Power ON, but the encoder dial keeps cycling- there is no endpoint. I have a Longwei 30V-10 unit without encoder dial. The Voltage and Current dials come to a stop at the low end (ZER0) and the high end (Max value). Having a dial with a low endpoint or stop ensures that when I turn Power ON, I am not frying my circuit.
